Total Satisfaction Return Policy

If you have bought a new monitor directly from HIS, you may return it to us for any reason at any time within 30 days of the invoice date for a complete refund or credit of the purchase price.

Before returning products you must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us. We will not accept shipments without an RMA number conspicuously marked on the box. To obtain an RMA, you can either call us at (678) 762-9790 or send an email to our support and returns department at support@HopeIndustrial.com.

You must ship the products to HIS in their original packaging and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. You also must include all items that shipped with the product, such as power cables, video and serial cables, manuals and software discs. Products returned must be in as-new or as-shipped condition.
